It’s a ridiculous thought, I know. Ever since the Grand Duchess became pregnant, he’s been busy with guests and by her side, never once looking for me.
Feeling a surge of anger at that fact, I pushed his hands away and pressed my hands onto his shoulders, climbing up. Avoiding his gaze as he looked at me as if he hadn’t planned this, I responded curtly.
“You’re going to do it anyway.”
