How to Escape from the Yandere’s Crazy Obsession - Chapter 45
Talking to him felt like trying to converse with a wall, making no progress whatsoever.
“Leticia, you have a responsibility toward me.”
“Don’t say such ridiculous things. Why should I be responsible for you over something I can’t even remember?”
It was nonsense. Being held accountable for something that happened so long ago, something she didn’t even remember, was absurd.
“Really? You don’t remember what happened last night?”
Leticia froze. The memory of last night’s dream flooded back, and her face turned crimson.
The massive s***t that invaded her body, the wet sheets and the embarrassing fishy smell, the red marks and kiss stains left on her chest—everything came back vividly.
The shadowy monster had violated her repeatedly, and what was worse was how her own body had responded despite being assaulted by a faceless creature.
“Trying to run away after enjoying it?”
“Th-That was just a dream!”
“Was it really just a dream?”
Vallon stepped closer, startling Leticia. She lost her balance and fell backward, landing hard on her injured leg and feeling a sharp pain shoot through her tailbone.
“Ow…!”
Vallon crouched down, loosening the scarf around Leticia’s neck. As the cold air hit her exposed skin, Leticia instinctively covered her neck with her hands, trying to hide the red marks. But her small hands couldn’t conceal them all.
Vallon bent down further, sliding his tongue between her fingers, licking precisely at the spots where the bruises remained, his tongue pressing firmly against the heated marks.
“Ugh.”
Leticia’s body grew weak as Vallon’s tongue traveled down to her collarbone. It didn’t seem to matter to him where they were. What if someone passing by saw them…?
She hated the idea.
“Stop it…! Please, stop!”
As Vallon’s actions grew bolder, Leticia writhed, pushing against him. But he didn’t budge, his feet seemingly rooted to the ground. Instead, he pressed closer, whispering into her ear.
“If it’s really just a dream, how do you explain these marks on your body?”
“I… I don’t know! I don’t care if it was real or not—it’s disgusting!”
“You tasted my cxck pretty well.”
Vallon, now even closer, ran his finger slowly up Leticia’s slender neck. She could feel the pulse in her artery thumping under his touch.
“I gave my vxrginity to you.”
His large hand wrapped around her neck, strong enough to strangle her if he chose to.
In that moment, she was reminded of a white puppy she had once seen as a child.
Though she wasn’t the owner, Leticia often fed and cared for the small stray. She’d grown attached to it, but one day, it had been killed by a wild dog, its neck savagely bitten. Now, she felt like that helpless white puppy, trapped with no way out.
Vallon gripped her jaw tightly, lifting her face.
“But no matter how much I think about it, I can’t understand. What do those worthless guys have that I don’t?”
“I never asked for any of this! I don’t owe you anything! How many times do I have to tell you—I thought it was a dream!”
It was infuriating how Vallon demanded responsibility for something he had forced upon her.
He had invaded her dreams, violated her body without her consent, and now had the audacity to talk about responsibility.
“Ah, that’s it, isn’t it?”
Vallon’s expression shifted as if something had clicked for him. He grinned unpleasantly, clearly about to do something outrageous. His expression didn’t indicate he truly understood her words.
Vallon thought differently from normal people—drastically so.
“Don’t get any weird ideas! I don’t want anything to do with a creepy lunatic like you. Please, just get out of my sight. I’m begging you, please!”
Realizing that reasoning with him was impossible, Leticia, on the verge of despair, began to plead with him. She had no idea where things had gone so horribly wrong.
If only she had ignored Vallon when he was being beaten by Ribolt, would any of this have happened?
“It seems like you need a reason to accept me, Leticia. I can certainly give you one.”
If she had known what he truly meant, she would have gone back in time and groveled at his feet. No, she would have left Arvata Academy entirely—perhaps never even coming here in the first place.
But even then, she probably wouldn’t have been able to escape Vallon.
As he said, the real mistake had been catching his attention in the first place.
