How to Escape from the Yandere’s Crazy Obsession - Chapter 60
As Vallon watched the scene with a satisfied grin, Leticia, who had been backing away, eventually fell to the ground, screaming in terror.
“KYAAAHHH!”
Vallon’s face, smeared with blood, wore a clumsy smile—he looked like a devil in an angel’s body.
He had stabbed someone with a fork, yet seemed utterly unaware of what he had done wrong. Moreover, even his smile seemed awkward, like he was performing a role.
“Now we can play together, right?”
As Leticia suspected, Vallon was indeed pretending. He smiled and spoke politely, just as he had recently learned. If this little girl wanted something like that, he was more than willing to accommodate.
“I told you not to make promises you can’t keep.”
“I-I don’t want to! Waaah!”
“Now, let’s play together.”
Yet, Vallon never got the chance to play with Leticia. She was so traumatized that she fainted, and the entire scene had turned into chaos.
Vallon wasn’t reformed in the slightest, and after that day, his playdates were discontinued.
He felt no guilt whatsoever for the boy who would never see again because of him. The only regret was that he couldn’t see Leticia anymore.
But that disappointment was brief. Not seeing her at the duke’s residence wasn’t a real issue. Vallon had the ability to control his shadow freely.
That wasn’t all. In fact, Vallon had been born with powers no one could have imagined. His most extraordinary ability was the power to absorb other people’s magical energy. This meant Vallon could only grow stronger and stronger.
Leticia didn’t know it, but Vallon’s shadow followed her everywhere, every day—when she slept, ate, even when she changed clothes.
But even the shadow wasn’t enough. The desire Vallon had for her only grew stronger, more twisted, and increasingly irrational as time went on. He was eagerly waiting for his body to grow, enough that Leticia wouldn’t be able to push him away.
He needed to become bigger and stronger, so he could completely overwhelm her tiny frame in one swoop.
When Vallon found out that Leticia had enrolled at Arvata Academy, he also applied. For him, the lessons there were far too easy, but being able to see Leticia every day was all that mattered.
He was curious about what expression she would make when she saw him again.
However, whether it was due to the shock of that day or his drastically different appearance, Leticia didn’t recognize him.

“Hmm… ugh, so heavy…”
Leticia shifted uncomfortably, feeling a heavy pressure weighing down on her. But no matter how much she moved, it felt as though her body was restrained. Was the blanket always this heavy? She struggled to move her arms and legs under the covers, trying to throw it off.
It felt like trying to escape from ropes—her limbs weren’t moving freely enough to push off the blanket.
At first, she thought it might be sleep paralysis, but it wasn’t. Someone was clinging tightly to her body, and she could feel warmth where their bodies touched.
This… this doesn’t feel like a blanket…
The ominous sense of dread that washed over her kept her eyes firmly closed, even though she was fully awake. She knew without looking who was beside her. Someone lay next to her, arms and legs coiled around her body like a snake.
Of course. He wouldn’t just back off that easily.
If she opened her eyes, who knows what despicable thing he might do to her next? Leticia decided to keep pretending to sleep. If she didn’t react, maybe he would leave. Maybe he’d just silently leave the room after staring at her for a while. She sharpened her hearing, trying to detect Vallon’s movements.
She felt him stir beside her, his body lifting slightly. Even with her eyes shut, she could sense the weight of his shadow looming over her.
Did he realize she was awake? Her eyelids trembled as she squeezed them shut tighter, worried he might notice. She subtly turned her head to the side, trying to hide the tension.
Please… please just leave… I don’t want to be violated by Vallon, even in my own room. Just stare and leave quietly… just get out of my room…!
“Heh… heh…”
Suddenly, a low chuckle shattered the silence, making Leticia instinctively clutch the blanket tighter.
Why was he laughing? That chilling laugh sent shivers down her spine. Although Vallon wasn’t doing anything overt, his presence alone made her body cold with fear.
Vallon removed his hand from her waist and pulled the blanket off her. With her last shield gone, Leticia’s shoulders shrank, her body trembling as the cold air seeped through her thin linen nightclothes.
She desperately wanted to open her eyes to confirm what he was doing.
What is he planning now? Should I turn over and pretend to pull the blanket back up? But will he notice?
Her mind raced, consumed with thoughts of how she could conceal herself again.
Even with her eyes closed, she could feel his burning gaze searing into her skin.
“Ah, it’s standing.”
Before Leticia could fully understand what was happening, Vallon flicked her nxxple with his finger, as if playing with a bead.
