How to Survive as a Princess in a Reverse Harem Game - Chapter 75
“…….”
“Haa, could you…… keep going?”
“As much as you command, Your Highness.”
“It’s not a command…… ngh~”
It’s not a command, I’m saying do it if you want to…….
His unwavering formality struck me with a fleeting pang of disappointment. Still, I couldn’t bring myself to tell him to stop. I didn’t want it to end like this.
Isaac repositioned himself and began moving again. His massive cxck alone brought a sense of fullness, but the way he drove deeper made the sensation all the more intense.
“Ah, nggh, ooh…! Hnn, ngh!”
My body, already heated from the earlier climax, grew even more sensitive to his movements. I could feel my inner walls tightening around him, gripping him involuntarily.
Isaac’s thrusts grew faster, the rhythm becoming almost overwhelming. Trembling under the flood of pleasure, I clung to his back, pulling him closer as if it would help me endure.
“Ughh…….”
The next morning, as I woke and tried to sit up in bed, a groan escaped me. Just moving my legs slightly sent tingling aches through my thighs and lower body. Even my back felt strained, evidence of its less-than-optimal state.
All this from being a little demanding last night.
Though it wasn’t entirely unexpected—recent days had been filled with a lot of activity, from traveling extensively to practicing archery and horseback riding—I still couldn’t believe the outcome. Yet, I couldn’t deny it, last night had been…… truly wonderful. So much so that I’d pleaded with him to continue, over and over.
When I first became Nepheli, I couldn’t have imagined experiencing anything like this. It was as if my entire life had been transformed, a series of dramatic changes unfolding one after another.
And not just that. Last night, we’d done so many things—things I never thought I’d initiate. My past self would’ve laughed at the idea of me climbing on top of a man and taking control.
‘Sure, it was for the affection level, but still…….’
Regardless of the reason, the changes left me feeling more conflicted than pleased. If it had all happened because we genuinely cared for one another, I wouldn’t have minded.
However, the relationship between Isaac and me was far from normal. The lack of any movement in his affection level, stuck at the mere ‘1’ that had risen yesterday, was undeniable proof.
Even while fully aware of this, I kept pushing him, knowing he would accept anything I asked of him without complaint. In a way, I had been taking advantage of him.
‘I’m honestly the worst.’
Even if I tried to bring it up and apologize, I knew Isaac wouldn’t mind or hold it against me. That knowledge only deepened my sense of guilt and self-reproach.
There was no other option. From now on, I’d have to pull myself together and act properly…….
After cleaning myself up, I waited for Killis to arrive. When he did, I presented the materials I had organized yesterday and received his feedback.
Thankfully, there weren’t many corrections needed, and I was able to wrap up the proposal quickly. With the finalized plan in hand, I headed to Evgenia’s palace to present it to her.
Killis had offered to submit it on my behalf, but I refused. Whether it was the permit to leave the palace or other tasks, I felt bad constantly relying on him.
So, just this once, I had decided to go myself.
‘I should’ve just let him handle it.’
The distance between Evgenia’s palace and my residence was fairly substantial. While moving around inside the Princess Palace was manageable due to shorter distances, walking all the way there today made my thigh muscles ache, and it was quite a struggle.
To make matters worse, it happened to be Isaac’s turn to escort me, which only added to my embarrassment. Though, to be honest, I would’ve felt just as awkward if it had been Reno…….
I tried my best not to show it, but it seemed my walking was odd enough to attract attention. Isaac turned to me and asked.
“Your Highness, are you feeling unwell?”
For a moment, I wondered, ‘Is he really asking because he doesn’t know?’ But considering it was Isaac, I quickly accepted the question at face value.
“My legs hurt a bit. I think I overexerted myself yesterday.”
“……I apologize.”
“I’m not blaming you, Isaac. This was my own doing.”
There was no way I could resent him. I was the one who begged him to continue even when he tried to stop.
“It’s just muscle soreness, so I’ll recover quickly.”
After adding that he shouldn’t worry, I resumed walking. By the time I reached Evgenia’s palace, I had pushed myself through the discomfort and managed to arrive without further incident.
A maid soon appeared to greet me. She was a face I had briefly seen during the tea time I shared with Evgenia.
“May the light of Lublin be with you. I am honored to meet Your Highness. May I inquire as to the purpose of your visit?”
“I have something to deliver to Her Majesty Evgenia.”
“Of course. If you hand it to me, I will see to it that it reaches Her Majesty.”
“Here.”
I readily handed her the budget proposal. I hadn’t expected to meet with Evgenia today, to be honest.
Had Evgenia summoned me in advance, that would have been another matter. But simply visiting the palace didn’t guarantee an immediate meeting with her.
‘I hope she grants me an approval before the quest deadline.’
I checked the quest window. It was a rare quest with a time limit, and there was just about a week left. It seemed like plenty of time, but somehow, I couldn’t shake the feeling of urgency.
As I was about to return to the Princess Palace with Isaac, he suddenly spoke up.
“Your Highness, I believe it would be wise to stop for a moment.”
