I Got a Job as the Demon King's Plaything - Chapter 70
Kaplites, now turning his piercing gaze to Lucas.
“You’ve brought me this gift, so I assume there is something you want in return.”
Locking eyes with the dragon’s glowing red gaze, Lucas grinned confidently.

Bonita had been in the temple for quite some time. Outside, the sky had begun to turn a deep shade of red as dusk set in.
‘No… this can’t be happening…’
The gates of the Demon Lord’s castle would close at sunset, locked until dawn, and Bonita feared it was already too late for her to return in time. Anxiety gnawed at her as she paced back and forth, then dropped to her knees in front of the altar.
“Great Larifinas, please… help me. Let me erase my name from the divine register. If you won’t bless me, at least abandon me properly.”
Her prayer, torn between desperation and resentment, was barely coherent as she begged the god for assistance. But as she prayed, her thoughts drifted to the previous night. She remembered how Teshiel had untied the ribbons at her waist, his hands sliding under the dress that matched the color of her most intimate places, gripping her b*****s and pulling her tightly against his body.
He had whispered her name sweetly into her ear while his hips drove into her with brutal force. In his arms, she had melted from the overwhelming pleasure, calling his name hoarsely, and every time she did, his grip around her tightened as if he would never let her go.
Bonita knew then that the heat in his golden eyes was not just lust. There was something else—some affection, too. As long as that gaze held her…
‘I’ll never regret it.’
But the statue of Larifinas, arms open and face serene, did not respond. No miracle came to grant her wish. The sun slipped below the horizon, and the moment passed.
It was too late.
There was only one option left—to hide inside the temple until nightfall, then sneak through the sacred halls and somehow find the divine register. She would have to blot out her own name with her own hands.
‘I’ll erase it myself.’
Her hands trembled as she clenched them into fists, preparing to rise from the altar. But just as she stood, she heard the unmistakable sound of familiar footsteps behind her.
Her heart sank.
‘It couldn’t be…’
Slowly, Bonita turned to see Teshiel striding into the prayer chamber. His black cloak billowed with each step, and his two golden eyes—set between his demonic horns—glowed fiercely. He looked every bit the Demon Lord as he approached, his face cold and expressionless.
“Lo-Lord T-Teshiel…”
“Do you dare speak my name with that mouth?”
Bonita froze where she stood. His golden eyes narrowed, gleaming in a curve that was both beautiful and menacing.
“You thought you could hide in a temple, and I wouldn’t find you?”
“N-no… T-My Lord, you misunderstand… It’s not like that,” she stammered, shaking her head desperately. She had to explain. She wasn’t trying to escape—quite the opposite.
“I came here because—”
Teshiel stepped closer, towering over her. Bonita, barely reaching his shoulder, was engulfed by his massive shadow. She instinctively took a step back, but her body pressed against the cold altar behind her. There was nowhere else to go.
“I wasn’t trying to run—”
Without listening to a word she said, Teshiel reached out, grabbing the front of her dress. Bonita’s face went pale as she realized what was happening.
“Ah—!”
With a single, rough yank, he tore the bodice of her dress and chemise, exposing her soft, pale b*****s that bounced free. His hand gripped one of them harshly, making her wince in pain. Bonita gasped, a pained moan slipping from her lips.
“Are you prepared to face the punishment you deserve? In the square, for all to see?”
“Hah… no, please…”
“Actually, I have a better idea.”
Teshiel slammed Bonita onto the altar, pinning her down effortlessly. She kicked and struggled reflexively, but he easily seized her ankles, forcing her legs apart as he yanked up her skirt. In a swift motion, her undergarments were torn away, exposing her completely.
“My Lord, please…”
Please listen to me… It’s not what you think. I wasn’t trying to escape. I wanted to stay by your side for longer.
But her tongue felt frozen, and she couldn’t form the words. Tears welled up in her eyes, blurring her vision.
“We’ll do it right here, before your god.”
