I Transmigrated as my Bias's Messenger Bird - Chapter 22
There were traditionally no classes on the day of the entrance ceremony.
We were advised to unpack in our assigned dorm rooms, take a tour of the town, and adapt to the surroundings. While everyone was out and about, enjoying their time, I was sitting alone in my assigned room.
This room was undoubtedly… the one I had seen in 2D when playing as Mina. A simple room with one window, one bed, one wardrobe, and a tea table, all set on a red carpet. It’s a basic setup, but you can get fancy with it later if you have a lot of money.
It was in this room that Mina planned her week and slept at the end of the day. Occasionally, she would meet the male leads who visited due to in-game events.
‘I wonder what the main character Mina is doing by now?
The first day of school is basically a series of visits from classmates who are interested in Mina. Among them are Alfie, an alpaca humanoid, and Edin, the student council president.
Edin, in particular, offers to show Mina around the academy and the village. And so the first event of Edin’s date with the village occurs.
[Tutu: Did you like the celebration?]
[…Did you happen to turn around?]
[Tutu: Haha! That was fun.]
I waved my hand to dismiss the messages. Curse that eagle. I’ll get revenge someday.
But that’s not important right now.
I glanced at the message on the translucent pop-up that had just appeared.
[You have received the blessing of the Tower!]
[Effect: A special effect granted to interdimensional beings. Enhances all abilities of the recipient by 300%. The higher the Spirit Sensitivity, the higher the stat enhancement bonus. This blessing is removed when the target passes through the gateway, and cannot be randomly removed.]
Why on earth did the Tower bestow this blessing upon me? Moreover, it’s a special effect granted to interdimensional beings… Could they have identified my true identity?
No, that’s impossible. If they had, they would have surely captured and interrogated me. I’m not Mina; I’m an anomaly.
‘But receiving a blessing like this…?’
I had a lot of questions, but since it can’t be randomly removed, I decided to just let it be. Moreover, a 300% increase in abilities is almost like cheating, right? But the problem is, I don’t know what my abilities are. Well, it’s probably just the skills I have… Maybe?
I decided to try using the skill that had been failing me for a while now.
[Use Skill – Half-and-Half Transformation.]
With a ‘poof’ sound, my body transformed into a small, fluffy white bird.
“Wow… it’s that easy?”
After flitting around the room for a while, I tried using the skill again. ‘Poof’ — I transformed back into an elf. What’s with this success rate?
Poof—
Poof—
Poof—
I switched back and forth between human and bird for a short period of time, but there were no failures. It’s a bit ridiculous to use a 300% stat buff for something like this, but for now, I’m satisfied that I’ve solved a big issue.
After all, my goal is to gain the favor of Rai Sherfied, right?
If I didn’t want to be annihilated, this seemed to be the only way. But in my elf form, I’ve already gained thousands of negative points. The only thing left was trying in my bird form.
I flew through a slightly open window and used the Coo-Coo skill. I began to auto-transport to Rai Sherfied’s shoulder.
Wait for me, master. Coo is on the way.

At the top floor of a magic tower, two mages stood at the window next to Rai, looking out over Alucina in the distance. They were the fraternal twin mages Melli and Per. Aside from their similar height and identical pink hair color, they looked nothing alike. Melli was the older of the two, born five minutes earlier.
Standing by the window, Melli and Per each held a magical scroll in one hand and extended their thumbs and forefingers in the other, forming a triangle together. A moment later, they began to chant the same spell, and the wind whipped around them.
“Combine!”
They chanted in unison, and a beam of light shot out of the scroll and out the window. Melli and per watched the beam of light until it faded into the distance, then lowered their hands and turned to face Rai. It was a deferential gesture.
“Tower Lord, we have completed the bestowal of the blessing spell!”
“Whatever activity the newcomer engages in this world, there shouldn’t be any major issues.”
“Indeed.”
Melli and Per reported sequentially. Rai rubbed the corners of his eyes, a little tiredly, and looked at the twins.
Melli, visibly tense under Rai’s gaze, swallowed nervously. As an awkward response, Per laughed nervously, causing a slight crease between Rai’s eyebrows.
“And?” Rai asked.
“Y-yes?” Melli stuttered.
“Yes?!” Per echoed, taken aback.
“And, did you forget anything?” Rai’s gaze intensified.
Sensing an odd atmosphere, Per blinked awkwardly, and suddenly, as if something came to mind, he clapped his hands and exclaimed, “Oh! We haven’t found Coo yet…”
“We are really doing our best…”
“Please believe us, my Lord.”
“Really, really, I’ll put Per’s life on the line.”
“Why is my sister putting my life on the line…? I-I’m sorry.”
“There’s no need to fight. If you both stop, that’ll be the end of it.”
“Hic…”
“S-Sorry!!”
Melii and Per bowed deeply at a 120-degree angle, apologizing. Rai turned away, letting out a small sigh. As he glanced at the empty birdcage where Coo was supposed to be, concern flickered in his eyes.
‘I hope nothing has happened… If anyone dared to harm even one of your feathers…’
Suddenly, someone exclaimed, “Th-that’s it!”
“My Lord, over there… Isn’t that Coo?!”
“It is Coo!! Oh, my goodness!”
“…what?”
Rai’s gaze slowly turned towards the window.
