My Contract Husband Resembles the Male Protagonist - Chapter 11
Dale carefully checked the revised documents with his own eyes and handed them to the priest.
“Submit it as it is.”
“Oh, yes! Of course, Your Imperial Majesty!”
“Imperial Majesty?”
Dale’s sharp gaze seemed ready to cut his throat at any moment, and the priest prostrated himself flat.
“I’m sorry. I haven’t seen or heard anything. I won’t remember anything about today. That’s how obedient I am… Huh? Who are you?”
Dale turned away without hesitation, after hearing the response he had hoped for.
He picked up Enya’s coat, which he had hidden on one side of the temple.
“……….”
There were sculptures and paintings throughout the temple, expressing the love of the couples. Dale raised the corners of his mouth with an inscrutable expression.
“I won’t regret it. …That’s what she said.”
He recalled her words with a completely different cold expression than what he had shown to Enya.
But just like how the coat was in his hands, she couldn’t escape.
“Lady Enya Rockheart.”
An indescribable satisfaction rested his eyes.
Without glancing around, Dale walked briskly out of the temple with his long legs.
“…Huh?”
At that moment, a woman entering the temple looked at Dale passing by.
“That man. Isn’t he the one living in the hillside house in Grunwald territory?”
“Seems like it.”
The women who recognized him buzzed with curiosity.
“Why did he suddenly come to the temple? Did he come to pray like us?”
“No, it’s an issuance document.”
A woman examined the paper he was carrying closely.
And also, the women’s coat he was holding.
“That, is it, a marriage document?”
“What?! What about Lady Adelaine?”
The village women exclaimed inquisitively.
“Lady Adelaine probably doesn’t know, right? She’s excited about inviting that man to her birthday party.”
“It would be good to inform her quickly.”
“What kind of girl did he marry?”
They followed behind Dale, and then saw him handing the white coat he was carrying to a beautiful woman with silver hair and sky-blue eyes.
“She’s incredibly beautiful…! Where did such a woman suddenly appear from?”
“I’ve heard about it. Someone recently moved to Grunwald. Could it be her?”
Their mouths hung open in surprise.
“Let’s report to Lady Adelaine quickly.”

“All of these are the wedding gifts from the villagers.”
“It’s a lot.”
While Dale and I were having dinner – of course, Dale made it all – looked at the pile of fruits, rice, meat, and more on one side of the living room.
All of it was wedding congratulations from the people of Grunwald.
But that was an excuse.
They were probably curious about which woman the handsome bachelor had married.
“Dale is quite popular, huh?”
Then he looked embarrassed, covering his face.
“I’m sorry.”
“I’m not denying that you’re popular.”
“It’s not like that… It wasn’t anything like that.”
Dale covered his blushing face with his hands.
He knows he’s popular, right?
Good-looking, good-natured, and a model young man who does all kinds of odd jobs in this village.
Dale wasn’t just good-looking and kind;
He had settled his mercenary life for some reason and had been quietly living in Grunwald, taking care of various tasks in the village.
Grunwald struggled to attract young labor due to its barren land and lack of employment opportunities.
To put it nicely, it was modest.
To put it bluntly, it was a poor territory.
Dale had been living here for the past six months, and during that time, he had helped a lot with the physical labor of the village adults.
Grunwald had wide gaps between neighboring houses, but there was no animosity among the people to the point where they knew how many forks others had in their homes.
It wasn’t an ideal environment for someone with many secrets like me, but still, it was good land if utilized properly.
Because the giant herb field of Duke Hexagon is cultivated here.
