Jeonghan had said it was a vacation, but in reality, she was the one spending all her time on the bed, while he was often glued to his laptop or tablet.

It was like a child deeply immersed in a fantastical animation at the movie theater, only to be abruptly dragged back to reality when the lights turned on.

Suhyeon forcibly pushed the thought away.
When they returned to Korea, this temporary lover’s life would come to an end, so all she had to do was enjoy it fully while it lasted. That was all.

To make her forget everything, just like he had until now.
