Jeonghan lifted Suhyeon’s chin, holding her face still as she tightly pressed her lips together.

Suhyeon swallowed hard at the burning gaze that touched her lips.
His eyes slowly rose again, wrapping around hers, as his voice flowed low.
“…Yet, I’m the one who’s the problem for wanting to see this face enough to come to the dinner meeting.”

Suhyeon’s lips parted slightly.
His gaze darkened as it fell upon her lips.
“I’m always the problem. Seol Suhyeon.”
Jeonghan coldly spat out before releasing her face and stepping back.
As she watched Jeonghan’s sleek profile move away again, Suhyeon could hear the chaotic beating of her heart.

Why does he keep saying things that make me feel strange?
Suhyeon thought it was because she was drunk, yet she felt a strange surge of anger.
Since the moment her face was held, she couldn’t move at all. Captured by those intense eyes, all she could do was barely exhale her heated breath.

“Thank you for the ride, Director Joo.”
Suhyeon quickly said this to Director Joo before getting out of the car.
After Jeonghan got out from the opposite door, the car drove away.
Suhyeon glared at the man walking toward her, separated by the gap between the cars.
“Even that figure looks impressive, which makes me so angry.”
Suhyeon bit her lip tightly.
All the emotions stirred up by Jeonghan were about to burst out all at once, like a balloon with its plug suddenly pulled.
Jeonghan stood in front of her with his hands in his pockets.
