He asked as if it were some kind of trade, like exchanging punches. Iko’s eyes widened in surprise, and she swallowed nervously. Although she had initiated the moment, she wasn’t fully prepared for what might come next.

Iko, fuming, swung her fist at Kashmir, who had nearly crushed her chest. Realizing his mistake, Kashmir didn’t try to dodge her punches and took them without protest.
“Ouch. I’m sorry. I misjudged my strength.”
Kashmir apologized, clearly embarrassed by his mistake, but he still edged closer, asking for another chance.
“No.”
Having just experienced the pain, Iko firmly refused. If he couldn’t control his strength just touching her chest, she doubted he could handle anything more intimate properly.
“I’ll be gentle.”
“But you don’t even know how.”
“What’s so special about touching?”
Kashmir started to ask, but then he stopped, noticing the look of regret on Iko’s face. Seeing her blush in embarrassment, he couldn’t help but smile mischievously.

Kashmir asked as if seeking permission, but his confident expression showed he was already sure of the answer.

Backing up further, Iko eventually hit a palm tree with her back. As Kashmir leaned in, their noses almost touched.
“Teach me.”
Iko’s heart pounded so hard it felt like it might burst, but his voice was laced with amusement, which only made her more frustrated. When Kashmir leaned in for a kiss, Iko turned her head away.
Kashmir blinked in surprise at the sudden rejection.
Every time he had found an excuse to kiss her before, she had been incredulous but never refused. This time, she turned away completely. He thought the mood was right, but maybe he had misread the situation. Now, he was worried.
Thinking back, he remembered a time when he had asked her about how humans mate, and she had reacted angrily. It seemed to be a sensitive topic for her. Back then, he hadn’t cared much about her reaction, but now it was different. He needed to fix this, fast.
“Iko, that’s not what I meant….”
But he couldn’t think of any good excuse. Saying it wasn’t what he meant would only sound like a lie.
“Look at me.”
Kashmir gently placed his hand on her shoulder, trying to turn her back toward him. He didn’t grab her forcefully, but instead lightly rested his hand on her shoulder.
Slowly, Iko turned her head, revealing her flushed cheeks. Kashmir leaned in closer to get a better look at her face.
Iko didn’t resist. She closed her eyes briefly before looking up at him again. She didn’t seem angry, much to Kashmir’s relief. He gently stroked her cheek.
“Iko.”
Looking into her eyes, Kashmir felt his heart pounding in his chest, even more intensely than when they kissed.
It was a familiar sensation, so it didn’t surprise him, but the feeling of blood rushing to his lower body was new and unexpected. His body was heating up, and he swallowed unconsciously.
