The Prince's Taste - Chapter 0
My name is Judy Esther Emers.
Fifteen years ago, I became aware of my past life and realized that this world was a fictional world. Of course, I wasn’t the main character, so I tried my best not to get involved.
That’s what I did….
“Why…”
Why is this man lying naked next to me? From the sticky liquid running down his thigh, it seems last night’s activities were rather intense.
“Judy.”
A languid voice, still thick with sleep, murmured into my ear.
“Why am I with you, Your Highness?”
“I don’t think you’re asking because you don’t know.”
The room is spacious, but plainly furnished rather than opulent. Since it’s not my room, it must be the crown prince’s quarters. The large bed, wide enough for three or four people, was littered with evidence of last night’s activities.
“It’s a little awkward to react like this the moment you wake up.”
He stretches out his arm and pulls me to him, and I collapse against his chest. His chest was unexpectedly firm after all these years of hiding it beneath his uniform.
“Your Highness?”
“Richard. Didn’t we agree to call each other by name?”
I was confused. His love and obsession were not mine to bear. Moreover, this affectionate voice belongs solely to the heroine. I strained to look up at his face, wondering why this had happened. Where did it all go wrong?
“Are you thinking about someone else while you’re with me? I can’t be that unattractive.”
“…..”
“I still can’t figure out why you tremble every time you see me.”
I hadn’t realized I was trembling. But how could I not? In the original story, I was the villainess.
“Can an insignificant supporting character change her fate?”
I asked the male lead of this world. His gaze wavered. Of course they could.
You will kill me.
I am the villainess fated to die at the hands of the male protagonist.
That’s our fate.
It’s the fixed narrative of the story I know.
Can you, or rather, can we change that?
