The Succubus, The Priest, and His Fall Into Lustful Heat - Chapter 24
As Ashtel’s shoulders tensed at the sudden mention of their eldest sister.
“What, what did Sis Sermedes say exactly?”
“She said she’d give you a thrashing if you don’t come back soon.”
“That’s a lie. Sis Seri wouldn’t say it like that!”
Hella, silent for a moment, then heaved a long sigh before delivering the real message.
“Look, Sue, you have one month. In that time, resolve things with that priest and come back to the underworld.”
“One month?!”
“Yes, that’s what she said.”
It wasn’t about consuming him now. Ashtel didn’t want Payne to die, especially if she was the cause.
Squinting her eyes shut in deep thought, then opening them with a resolved expression, Ashtel nodded firmly.
“Okay. I’ll return to the underworld in a month.”
“Really? You think you can manage that?”
“I have to try.”
So, the Operation Save Payne was set in motion.
The only way was to relieve him from the built-up pheromone, which meant extracting se-en from his d–k. Having already done it once, Ashtel was confident she could pull it off again.
She even thought of a suitable method.
* * *
“But if your suitable method involves sneaking into the temple, that’s not going to work!”
Back in the present, Hella was throwing a fit.
“It’s only for a month. I can avoid getting caught for that long!”
Moreover, Ashtel’s specialty was transformation magic. She could perfectly mimic any life form, so disguising herself as the human servant, Sue, should keep her safe from detection.
And now, with Hella’s help, she could even control her pheromones.
“What am I going to do with this reckless creature…”
Hella lamented.
Ashtel started to pull out various tools made by Carmen.
“Look, I’ve prepared thoroughly. See this? It’s an invisibility bracelet, just in case I get caught.”
“….That might actually be helpful.”
“And I also wore these magic-detecting earrings.”
“Do they work well?”
“Yes.”
Ashtel had wrapped herself in a spell that made her beauty unrecognizable to humans, but there was one secret she herself was unaware of—despite her efforts, her appearance as the servant Sue was still remarkably beautiful.
Even Payne, who usually showed no interest in women, might admire her loveliness, which she couldn’t fully conceal.
Hella, inspecting Ashtel’s magical tools, sighed and spoke up.
“Just remember the message from Sermedes.”
“Uh.”
“When the time’s up, there’s no excuse. You’ll really be in trouble.”
“Okay, I got it.”
Thus, the circumstances of Ashtel’s infiltration into Medialle as a servant were fully revealed.
Using Carmen’s brainwashing tool, she had charmed a knight into forging her identity. Although the magic-induced brainwashing was temporary and could be discovered, it would suffice for a month’s stay.
And so, Ashtel became a servant who, due to her poverty, could barely make ends meet.
‘I’ve made contact with Payne, so it should be okay. If I stick close to him every day, I can save him!’
However, she would soon learn that her plan might not unfold as smoothly as she hoped.

“Knight Duvalcan?”
“Yes, but why are you looking for Father Payne?”
“Just, um, I have something he asked for. It’s nothing important!”
The servants and maids of Medialle started their shifts at dawn, which for Ashtel, felt like the middle of the night.
Struggling with menial tasks she had never done before, she finally found some free time in the late morning to look for Payne.
‘But he’s talking with a knight?’
It was generally best to avoid such situations, so she waited an hour before seeking him out again, only to find he was still with the knight.
‘Who is this that keeps being around him?!’
After this happened several times, Ashtel grew frustrated.
“I wonder if Payne hasn’t gone into heat today…”
If he endured as much as last time, twisting and writhing in agony, his life could genuinely be at risk this time.
Deciding she couldn’t just stand by, Ashtel went to find Payne even though he was with the knight. But upon seeing them together, she was startled and quickly hid behind a pillar.
‘That, that knight!’
It was the same knight with silvery hair whom she had almost encountered before when Payne had an e-ection during confession and was secretly c–ming in a secluded corridor.
She wasn’t sure if he recognized her face, but at that time, she had passed herself off as a worshiper. Now, being a maid might make the situation awkward.
As Ashtel nervously watched Payne and the knight, she jumped at a voice behind her.
“What are you doing?”
“Yikes!”
Literally jumping.
Because of that, Payne and the knight with silvery hair turned their heads towards the noise.
Ashtel, wide-eyed, turned to look at the person who had approached her from behind.
