The Succubus, The Priest, and His Fall Into Lustful Heat - Chapter 86
‘Good, so I haven’t been completely found out yet!’
Ashtel clung to this hope, ready to say something, but the moment she moved, a pained gasp escaped her.
‘Ah, it hurts!’
Even though her wings and tail had reappeared, it was only a partial transformation. Ashtel was in no better shape than a bean left to sizzle on a hot pan for hours.
Her body ached terribly; her shoulders felt like they were about to give out, her back was on the verge of collapsing, and spreading her legs brought nothing but a searing pain from below. It was as if every possible discomfort had converged on her all at once.
‘One round of s-x and I’m this sore?’
How on earth do humans manage to reproduce? She had heard that pregnancy lasted nine whole months—how do they not die from the aftermath of just one coupling?
Tears welled up in her eyes as she groaned in pain, while Payne, still cold as ice, held the blade threateningly close to her.
“Speak now, or I’ll call for the paladins,” he said, the usual polite tone of his speech gone.
Ashtel felt wronged. While Payne hadn’t yet connected the dots to Sue, it was clear that he had realized the woman before him was a succubus. Naturally, his attitude had turned cold.
But for someone as unaccustomed to pain as Ashtel—a maid who had once grumbled over something as simple as cleaning the floors—this overwhelming ache was something entirely new, and therefore all the more unbearable.
It was so fresh and unfair that she wanted someone to blame.
“I can’t speak properly.”
Her voice was weak and filled with exhaustion. Payne’s eyes narrowed at her words, but only for a fleeting moment.
“You hurt me so much that my whole body aches.”
“…What did you say…?”
“You heard me. Can’t you remember? From day to night, you kept—”
“Stop. That’s enough.”
“Look, I can barely talk. And my arms, legs, my chest, even my stomach… There isn’t a part of me that Payne’s mouth and hand didn’t touch.”
To emphasize her point, she threw back the covers, revealing her bare body. Her skin was dotted with red and purple marks.
“You did this to me.”
“Stop talking nonsense.”
“You’re so cruel, Payne.”
For a brief moment, the grip on Payne’s dagger weakened slightly.
But it wasn’t because he felt pity for her, nor was it because of his lust. But it was her accusation that had struck a nerve. It was something deeper, gnawing at his conscience.
This dreadful succubus sounded so much like Sue.
It made Payne fall silent, lost in thought. He was being forced to recall memories he desperately wanted to avoid.
‘Fa, Father… Please… ah!’
Though he had been overwhelmed by lust, it didn’t mean he couldn’t remember. Fragmented images flickered in his mind like stumbling through a dark alley, relying only on touch.
He remembered roughly kissing Ashtel. Grabbing her chest, twisting and squeezing. Even when she begged him to stop, he pinned her down and shoved himself into her, all the way to the base.
‘…Damn it.’
No wonder he wanted to forget.
He had done so many shameful things that the flood of memories was almost unbearable. Under him, Ashtel had cried sweetly and accepted everything. She hadn’t been ashamed, even after he’d spilled himself completely into her.
If it had been Sue, he might’ve been driven to the edge of madness, tempted to take his own life. It was an…. unforgivable sin.
How could he live with himself after embracing an unmarried woman like that? To make things worse, he’d poured his seed into her recklessly, over and over again.
It was intolerable—something that should never have happened.
But if all of this had been just a succubus’s trick, then… things were different.
Payne’s eyes narrowed as he gazed at Ashtel, his expression cold yet burning with intensity. The succubus before him had Sue’s face, which meant the demon had merely taken her form.
So when did this deception begin? When he had burst out of the confessional? When the paladins were chasing him? Or perhaps when he had been moved to this very room?
Wait—he had no memory of coming to this bedroom.
How had he gone from the storage room to his room?
Tracing back his steps, Payne suddenly realized the last thing he remembered from that moment in the storage room was seeing Sue’s radiant, ruby eyes.
Like a brilliant sunset, filled with warmth and affection.
The moment he took that in, he had fallen asleep.
Payne let out a low, bitter sigh.
“…No, it can’t be…”
He didn’t want to believe it, but the unsettling possibility slipped out from his lips anyway.
“Are you… Miss Sue?”
