Trapped in a Secret Room With the Magnificent Duke - Chapter 26
Waking to the sound of birds chirping, Reyna gently touched the spot next to her on the bed. The sheets were cold. It seemed Kadrion had spent the night in his office again.
‘Have we hit a boredom… or something like that?’
A few days ago, Kadrion had returned to the estate about a month earlier than planned. Despite being away for such a long time, contrary to Reyna’s expectations, he had secluded himself in his office.
It wasn’t entirely surprising—he likely had a mountain of unfinished work.
But when she saw him asleep on the office sofa instead of their marital bed, she thought it was as if he was avoiding her.
With a sigh of melancholy, Reyna tried to change her perspective.
‘He must be exhausted from the trip. That’s probably it…’
Even when Diego was born, and for years afterward, Kadrion had always been eager and responsive to her. No matter if Reyna was eating, bathing, or reading, he was always ready, regardless of the time or place.
The change in him was undeniable. On the night before his departure to the palace, Kadrion had been fervently marking her as his own, filling her with his seed.
“I don’t think this is enough yet. I need to make sure you’re completely filled and marked.”
Kadrion had said this with the most serious expression, stuffing the thick, milky fluid into her.
It wasn’t just this.
“How about wearing a chastity belt while I’m away.”
He said that it was a joke while observing Reyna’s horrified reaction, though it was likely he was serious.
When he returned from the palace early in the morning, he had been just as intense, focused on exploring Reyna’s body.
But when morning came, the bed beside her was cold and empty. Reyna thought it had all been a vivid dream. Kadrion had returned to the estate a few days later.
“It felt too real to be just a dream…”
A month after Kadrion left, Reyna frequently dreamt of him. In these dreams, Kadrion was as passionately attentive to her as ever, as if dissatisfied with his absence in real life.
‘Could this be an extension of those dreams?’
Reyna briefly considered this thought. During their honeymoon, she had practically been confined to their bedroom, constantly overwhelmed by him.
She would fall asleep exhausted from receiving his seed, only to wake up and find Kadrion eagerly gripping her waist and thrusting into her again. When she reached a point where she could hardly keep track of the days, she protested.
“Kadrion! I can’t take this anymore. At this rate, my body won’t hold up.”
If she hadn’t spoken up, she might have ended up completely depleted or enslaved by his lust. Kadrion, with his usual gentle demeanor, had reassured her.
“Then how about three times a day?”
“I think once every two days would be enough. What do you think?”
“Reyna! That’s too harsh! Do you want to see me withered away to nothing?”
Kadrion protested with a desperate expression as if the world were collapsing, and eventually, Reyna agreed to limit it to once a day.
Of course, things only got worse after that.
“Kadrion, what’s wrong?”
Seeing Kadrion’s anguished face as he chewed his lower lip in agony, having stopped his movements for a moment, Reyna asked. Unlike her repeated climaxes, Kadrion haven’t climaxed even once.
“But you said once a day… So, I plan to endure until I can’t hold it any longer.”
Since then, Kadrion had mastered the art of reaching o****m without climaxing. Reyna couldn’t understand why he was behaving this way.
She tried to talk to him, but he brushed off her attempts, claiming he was too busy and asking her to wait a little longer.
“Ha…”
Her frustration escaped as a sigh.
Though their relationship began with s-x, Kadrion had always focused solely on Reyna.
Reyna find it hard to accept Kadrion’s sudden change
* * *
It has been three days already.
Each time Kadrion went out, Reyna secretly followed him. At first, Kadrion was very surprised by her unexpected actions. But by the second day, he had grown accustomed to it. He even sat in a place in a cafe that was specifically chosen to make it easy for her to observe him.
Taking a sip of his coffee, Kadrion glanced toward Reyna’s direction. Startled, Reyna quickly adjusted her large hat to cover her face. Her attempt to hide herself was endearing and cute, almost making Kadrion want to carry her around in his pocket.
“This is driving me crazy.”
Kadrion murmured quietly, his gaze slightly lowered. The fact that Reyna was watching and following him was almost too delightful.
As Kadrion let out a faint sigh, the manager of the coffee house, who was sitting across from him reporting on the establishment’s operations, asked with a visibly worried expression.
