When Your Secret Crush Wizard Took a Love Potion - Chapter 23
The food that had been melting pleasantly in my mouth a moment ago suddenly stuck in my throat. My appetite dropped instantly, prompting me to put down my fork, a move that seemed to disappoint the cause of this situation.
“Are you full already? Try to eat a little more.”
“That’s enough, clear it away.”
Soon after, a light skirmish broke out. Clang! In my effort to dismiss his urging, I accidentally dropped the cutlery, sending a sharp noise echoing around the restaurant.
Unfortunately, it landed right at my feet.
Reluctantly, I stood up and lifted the tablecloth to retrieve the fallen utensil.
“Ah…!”
What I saw under the table was shocking. Thud. The surprise made me bump my head on the table as I tried to stand.
What had I just seen? I was dumbfounded by the unbelievable sight, clutching the retrieved fork, crouched down for a while.
“Did you see?”
As I finally managed to crawl out from under the table, Edgar asked as if he had been waiting.
I wanted to deny it, but I had seen everything.
Under the tablecloth, Edgar had loosened his trousers, exposing his e***t p–is.
“Why…”
When did he have an e–ction? Moreover, how had he managed to expose himself under the table while engaging in conversation above it as if nothing was amiss?
It was so illogical to the point of giving me a headache as if I had been hit by a hammer.
“Why did you take it off…”
“The trousers were too tight and uncomfortable.”
“Why would it even… stand up…”
“Why, you ask.”
Even Edgar, who had replied so calmly that it was unbelievable that he was such a pervert, seemed embarrassingly like a young boy at this moment.
“Seeing you enjoy your meal like that.”
“Are you insane?”
Any normal person with a body and head, who eats and digests food, would likely react similarly to me.
“What are you doing in front of everyone…!”
I forcibly swallowed what almost became a loud outburst and looked around.
It had been quiet, but there were employees walking around and other diners across from us, along with several people nearby. My heart raced, aware of the situation.
I was dumbfounded, and Edgar, seeing my dazed expression, couldn’t help but burst into laughter at how adorable he found it. I almost clenched my fist in anger but managed to hold back.
Calm down, he’s practically a patient afflicted with a disease called love right now.
“Settle it down now. Immediately.”
Fortunately, we hadn’t been caught yet. Technically, we’d be safe as long as no one noticed.
“It’s hard to calm down right now. I’ve barely managed as it is.”
“What do you mean?”
I frowned and instinctively glanced toward his g***n. At first glance, it seemed overly swollen. The sight was disgusting, just like when he mas—bated against my face—red and throbbing as if it could erupt at any moment.
“You’re too harsh, Chloe. If you were even slightly less adorable, I wouldn’t be like this.”
“How about a threat, then?”
I tried to look as menacing as possible, wielding my fork like a weapon to stab him. Edgar oddly hunch over, murmuring weakly.
“I can’t take it anymore.”
“What now?”
“You’re too cute; it feels like my d–k is going to burst. I can’t calm it down.”
Edgar, who had always sat with his back straight, then hunched over in a bizarre posture. Despite looking serious, from anyone else’s perspective, his demeanor would appear utterly ridiculous.
“What now?”
“What do you mean, what now?”
I was astonished he would ask me that. I felt like grabbing him by the collar and shaking him. It was infuriating, yet in the middle of this, Edgar called my name in a sweet tone, clueless to the surroundings.
“Help me out here, Chloe.”
“What exactly do you expect me to do? Take care of it yourself.”
I truly hoped he would manage on his own. I didn’t want to be involved.
“But if I reach under the table and start touching it, anyone would think there’s a pervert excitedly touching himself out in public.”
Technically, what he described was true—he was behaving like a pervert right now.
